Halfmill Studios
AI powered websites and product photoshoots that are professional, premium, polished, quality, and elevated.

"We were genuinely impressed by the Halfmill team. They understood the brief immediately, worked quickly, and delivered beautiful images that suited the Craftcorp website perfectly.
In the past, creating this kind of imagery would have meant spending thousands of dollars and a lot of time organising photoshoots, often with average results. This process was faster, easier, and produced a far better outcome.
The Halfmill team were skilled, professional, and easy to work with. We would not hesitate to use them again."

For photography: your product photos (phone shots are fine) and a brief covering what mood, what setting, what variations. For a website: your existing site (if any), brand assets, and a sense of what isn't working today. We do the rest.
Yes to both. We regularly migrate sites off Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy and similar, keeping your domain, your SEO, and your email running without a gap.

Light brand work yes (palette, type, simple marks). For deep brand strategy or campaign work we'll happily refer you to specialists we trust. Photography you receive can absolutely be used on social.

Candice needed a professional home online so new clients could discover and book her cosmetic tattooing studio in Whanganui. We built her a warm, elegant site with an extended gallery of her work and integrated online booking, making it effortless for customers to secure an appointment. Halfmill hosts the site and looks after her ongoing updates — from fresh gallery images to seasonal touch-ups.

Devmark Trading needed a clean, modern home for their wholesale textile and performance-fabric business. We built a fast, professional site that positions them as a serious B2B supplier to outdoor and apparel brands across the Asia-Pacific — clear product categories, simple enquiry, and a polished first impression for new trade partners.

The client needed an upgrade of his website for his B2B business. He wanted a modern refresh while keeping the Christmassy nature of it. The brief included 5 AI product images, taking away the need for a full photoshoot.

We helped this client migrate from Wix to her own domain and hosting. She requested a fully functional directory and projects section, and we created a system for her to update these whenever she pleases. Alongside that, we renovated her site to reflect the industry in a pleasing, artistic way — the banners on About, Projects, Directory and News add aesthetic detail while showcasing her work.

Candy wanted a calm, natural wellness site that reflected her work as a naturopath and medical herbalist on the Matakana Coast. We created a custom front-page image for her so she didn't need a photoshoot, and built a warm, professional site that helps new clients find and book her.

The client needed a website where guests could view booking sheets and get in touch to book directly — bypassing the fees that come with Airbnb. We built a clean holiday-rental site that showcases the property near the Otago Central Rail Trail and drives direct enquiries.

Our very first website. We cold-called a Nelson bakery that had never had a site online and built them a simple, warm static page to fit their needs — two locations and order-ahead, presented appetisingly.
